GarageVivo is provided by GMSoft di Gatti Matteo, Cda Ponte Tavole 3/C, Italy. Using it means accepting what follows.
Application — the GarageVivo mobile application. Service — the Application together with the public passport pages served from garagevivo.com.
Company, we, us — GMSoft di Gatti Matteo. User, you — the person using the Service.
Application Store — Apple's App Store or Google Play, from which the Application is obtained. Third-party services — anything the Service connects to that we do not run, Strava among them.
Using the Service means accepting these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
A place to record what has been done to a bicycle, and to show that record to somebody else.
It is a documented account, not a certificate. What an owner writes is their claim, and the Application labels it as such. We do not inspect bicycles and we do not verify what is entered.
It is not a theft register, an insurance policy, or proof of ownership, and it should not be relied on as any of those.
One account per person, through Apple or Google. You must be at least 14 years old.
You are responsible for what is recorded under your account and for the device you leave it signed in on.
You may close it at any time from inside the Application.
Do not use the Service unlawfully, do not attempt to reach data that is not yours, and do not interfere with how it runs.
Do not record a bicycle that is not yours to record, and do not use the Service to misrepresent a bicycle to somebody buying it. That is the one misuse this product exists to make harder, and it is the one we will act on fastest.
Do not upload anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing somebody else's rights.
What you enter stays yours. You grant us permission to store it and to show it to whoever you share a passport with, and nothing more.
A record cannot be deleted once written. It can be withdrawn, and it stays visible as withdrawn — a history that can be pruned before a sale is worth nothing to the person reading it.
We may remove content that breaks these terms.
The Application, its design, its code and its name belong to the Company or to its licensors. Using the Service grants you no rights over them.
Strava is optional and governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for what a third-party service does, nor for it becoming unavailable.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless the law prevents it.
You may close yours at any time. What happens to your data then is described in the privacy policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that anything recorded in it by somebody else is true.
The passport is evidence a reader can weigh, not a guarantee anybody stands behind.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you have paid for the Service, or to one hundred euro where you have paid nothing.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or the mandatory rights of a consumer.
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory protections of your own country still apply to you.
Write to support@garagevivo.com first: most things are settled that way, and we would rather settle them that way.
These terms may change. The version on this page is the one in force, and continuing to use the Service after a change means accepting it.
