How it works
The workshop signs. The rider confirms.
The workshop signs the job at the bench. The rider confirms it from their phone. From then on the job is certified and stays in the bike's passport, even when it changes owner. It takes both: the workshop's signature and the rider's confirmation. That way whoever reads the history knows where each job comes from.

For workshops
Your signature stays with the bike, even when it changes owner.
Good work should stay with the bike, not vanish when the customer walks out of the shop. With GarageVivo you sign the job at the bench, the customer confirms it and it goes into the bike's history. If the bike is sold one day, your signature is still there.
- At the bench, without losing time: find the bike by passport code or frame number, pick the work and sign.
- Your name on the passport: if you like, your workshop's name appears next to the certified work. It costs nothing.
- Bike not there yet? Register it yourself at the bench, saying whether it belongs to a customer or to the workshop. If it's a customer's, they get an email invitation: once they accept, they can confirm the work from that first visit too.
- Verified workshop: we check there's a real business behind it that repairs or sells bikes. Verification is free, and you can sign in the meantime.
For riders
Everything you know about your bike, in one place.
Work done, parts replaced, kilometres and documents. Also everything you've always kept in your head or jotted down somewhere, all together.
- Parts and wear: chain, pads, tyres, with the kilometres each one has done.
- Documents: purchase invoice, warranties, workshop receipts.
The public passport
A QR code on the frame. A buyer can read the bike's history before buying it.
Every bike can have a public page, which you show or hide whenever you like. It shows the work certified by workshops. What the owner noted appears too, but marked as notes and not as certified work.
What a reader sees
- Certified services, with their date
- The owner's notes, marked as such
- Make, model, year and photo
- Parts and kilometres ridden
What never appears
- The frame number
- Disputed or withdrawn work
- The name of whoever owns it, or owned it before
